A Partnership Deal has a term of 3 years with an average annual saving to our customers of 15%. The services offered within this agreement are:

* Ongoing Support and Maintenance for all areas
* Fixed price structure over 36 months
* 24 hours response
* 1 FML designated point of contact
Developing with and moulding around our customers is an important and integral part of our business. Progressing and reacting to our client's specifics and needs enhances with the experience of site knowledge, individual requirements and ongoing awareness. Partnership Deals allow FML to exceed performance expectations and our customers to reap the rewards of high standards and additional built in services whilst fixing and saving on annual expenditure for this budget for the duration of the agreement.
